A 12-year company veteran, Scott Dalecio took the helm of KSL Resorts in 2004, following the sale of KSL Recreation. He oversees the operation, development and strategic direction of KSL Resorts and all its distinctive properties. Dalecio was formerly president of resort operations, and has been directly involved in each resort’s acquisition, development and positioning since he joined the company in 1993. He has held a variety of management roles in the resort industry throughout his career, including president and general manager of La Quinta Resort & Club. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization.
JAMES STRUTHERS
Vice President and CFO
James Struthers joined the company in 2005, bringing with him nearly two decades of high profile financial management experience. As CFO, Struthers oversees finance, treasury and accounting for KSL Resorts and also is responsible for acquisitions and development, including the recent recapitalization of the Hotel del Coronado. For five years prior, Struthers was chief financial officer of Orient-Express Hotels.

Vice President of Human Resources
Ed Eynon is responsible for creating and driving “best in class” human resources operations throughout KSL Resorts, from identifying and attracting the top industry talents to raising service levels and positioning the company’s workforce for sustained growth. Eynon’s 26-year career has taken him to some of the nation’s fastest-growing organizations and has been recognized with several prestigious honors, including an Olympic Order for his work as senior vice president of human resources and international relations for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.

Vice President of Marketing
Arthur Berg spearheads all marketing efforts for the KSL Resorts portfolio -- advertising, public relations, direct mail and other brand communications, as well as all travel industry and leisure sales initiatives. He joined the company in 2002 as vice president, travel industry and leisure marketing. An industry veteran of more than 25 years, Berg has been active in numerous professional organizations, including Leading Hotels of the World and Virtuoso.

Michael Erickson is responsible for all sales functions and oversees KSL Resorts’ national sales offices throughout the country. Erickson, who joined the company in 2002, brings to his position more than 20 years in hospitality sales and marketing. He is active in many professional and philanthropic organizations, including the Southern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, Meeting Planners International, Dream Foundation and Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Vice President of Retail
Thomas McGrath has served as vice president of retail since June 1996. He is responsible for all shop, spa, golf and marketplace retail operations at the company’s resorts, and also oversees development of new shops and retail expansions. From 1988 until joining KSL Recreation, he was Vice President of Merchandising with Silver Dollar City, Inc. McGrath has 34 years of retail experience, including executive roles at Federated Department Stores, Inc.
RAY WILLIAMS
Vice President of Capital Projects
Ray Williams is vice president capital projects of KSL Resorts. He is responsible for directing, supervising and managing capital projects and renovations for the recently acquired Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, California, as well as future acquisitions to the KSL Resorts Collection.
Williams joined the KSL corporate office in La Quinta last September as director of special projects. He was promoted to the position after almost a decade at the helm of the company's former Georgia property, Emerald Point Resort at Lake Lanier Islands.
As president and chief executive officer at Lake Lanier Islands, Williams oversaw the resort’s day-to-day operations and managed capital development. Williams was recruited to his position when KSL acquired of the resort in 1996.
